Josephine Pendleton
Josephine Pendleton began working at Helen's Haven CAC in 2020 as our CAC's Military Liaison and Victim Advocate. She served 12 years in the U.S. Army in various geographic locations prior to moving to Fort Stewart, Georgia in 2013 with her family when her husband received orders to Fort Stewart. Josephine was sworn in as a Court Appointed Special Advocate in September of 2016 for the Liberty and Long County district. She obtained a Bachelor’s in Social Science from Troy University. Her passion was to become a social worker, so she applied herself in the continuing education program through Vocational Rehabilitation with the Veterans Administration and obtained a Master of Social Work from Capella University in March 2020. In her free time, she volunteers with the United Way of the Coastal Empire because she believes in their mission and enjoys interacting with people in her community.
